Shakeology- Feedback and Recipes

This should be a staple in everyone's diet! This is seriously the MOST important item you can injest into your body. Your body is a machine. To fuel it with high fat, high sugar, empty calories and no nutrients...you OF COURSE are setting yourself up for failure and an unhealthy body.
The cost of each shake is sometimes CHEAPER than what you are buying when you are out an about for your "meal". Take a look at a value meal from McDonalds- for lunch- that can run ya $8! What about a Latte or cap from Starbucks- at least $4.50! What benefits are you getting from that? Are you giving yourself the protein you need? Are taking in something that will make your body process food and make you regular? Are you taking in something that will give you energy for the long haul? Are you taking in somewthing that will help you lose weight? Lower your cholesterol?? Seriously- why are you even thinking twice about it.
Here are some of my favorite recipes:


Chocolate Shakeology
1) cup of ice, 8 oz almond milk, 1 tsp peanut butter, 2-4 oz water
2) cup of ice, 8-12 oz water, 1 tsp white chocolate (or cheesecake or banana) Sugar Free Fat Free jello mix

Greenberry
1) cup of ice, 6 oz water and 6 oz orange juice
2) Cup of ice, 8 oz water, 1/2 banana
