My Journey Continues...

Well, My journey continues. I am down 42 lbs from my delivery date. It's a struggle to schedule in weights along with the rest of.....life. But again, it has to be a priority! I tend to run around a lot- seems like poor Johnny and I are always packing up to go to the gym, go to the gym, go to the gym...
We had a spot on 13 WHAM's news on Monday night the 13th with Christine Webb. She came to Greece and filmed some TK to spotlight it. It wasn't a real class, we just got a few ladies together to do this for her. She really enjoyed it, and is hooked on TURBO! Yahoo! Here's the link of the video:

Concord NH Master Class!

I headed out to the Boston area on Nov 10th for a TK master class in Concord NH at Gold's Gym. This group was GREAT! We will be holding our 2nd ever TK cert in NH in March! I was actually out in this area for my TK Westborough MA event on Saturday. I forgot to take pictures on Saturday at my certification. It was a fantastic group that gave me back TONS of energy! Can't wait to go back for PiYo in MA in March! BUT, I did however grab a picture of Jodie Gregory-Blood and Laura Jacobi right following Friday night's master class. So I was a little bit successful!

What a F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C Group! We had such a blast! This is my home club- Greece Co-Ed at Greece Ridge Mall! What a freezing room but we surely warmed it up! These guys worked hard! We turned the lights off, turned the disco lights on! It was Fiesta Party time!

Hmmm...what, Heather (a.k.a "My Heather") and RoBBIe (a.k.a Irish RoBBie) must not like taking class next to each other! We have NEVA in the middle!
