If you haven't tried this yet, you need to! BeachBody has released a ball workout with Turbo! What a great direction! We have changed the Tuesday/Thursday Turbo classes at Greece Women's to be Turbo Kick(tm) Turbo Ball!
Basically, we work a Turbo Round up through TURBO. Then it's tme for the ball! Oh no no no NO! Don't you sit down on that thing. GET UP! We work it with intervals! This new addition is sculpting the shoulders and abs of many turbo followers. It's a great workout and what a nice change of pace! You can still get a full Turbo round on Monday and Wednesday's just 1 /2 mile down the road at Greece Co-ed with me...but work this into your schedule. You will be thankful you did!
Some comments I have heard following class:
* It forces you to work on your form with your kicks!
* I was doing the wheel all wrong until we did it with the ball!
* I never liked ball workout classes until we did it in Turbo!
* I was so sore 2 days later and couldn't figure out why- then I remembered- Turbo Ball!
* It carves out your midsection really hitting your core!
